If you can take yourself less seriously like we try to, you might laugh with us, or at us. As long as your laughing the world is a better place. A light heart can go a long way.

Founded in 2005 by designer Isaac Bauman an Oregon native. Isaac began making doodles into tee shirts near the end of his college career at Portland State University in 2004. Back then his shirts were for personal wear and consisted of anti-banana antics in all its ridiculous visual forms. Isaac graduated with a BS in Graphic Design and the sillyness became serious and anti-banana became antic.

This dream/experiment in design has taken Isaac on many adventures and supplied avenues in pursuit of design. Things have grown rapidly as the once strictly black tee shirt niche of antic now consists of colored sweatshirts and bright inks on a variety of fashionable garments.

The company is self supporting as no investors have contributed, no loans were taken out and all design, apparel design, screen printing and shipping is performed in house. Portland, Oregon is known for "keeping it local" and "green." Antic fits in nicely to this standard while not looking like it, hand made at its best.

Antic has occupied three physical shop locations over the years and has moved to an online only storefront as shown by the preferences of his clientele.
